£10k grant for energy saving available but very time limited

The latest round of Green Homes Grant (Local Authority Delivery 2):

• For low income and D,E,F,G energy rated properties.
• Five measures available. Cavity, loft and underfloor insulation will be considered first, followed by solar PV and solar thermal.

When:

Sign up by March 31. Installs by June.

Timing is very tight on this scheme. There will be further grants to follow later in the year.
