Horley Business Park is a public/private partnership between Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and Millhill Properties.

Millhill Properties has a significant interest in the site as a landowner. It’s directors have extensive experience within the commercial property sector, regularly working in partnership with some of the largest pension funds in the UK to create successful commercial developments.

This partnership structure gives the council a direct influence over the development in order to deliver local policy objectives, including the regeneration of Horley town centre, and share in the future success of the business park.
